Customer Service Representative (CH32600)
REQUIREMENTS
- No experience required (having experience is big plus)
- English professional level, written and spoken
- Native or advanced Japanese
- Bachelor's degree: Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Commerce, or related majors (proof of diploma)
- Strong computer abilities (MS Office Suite, especially proficient in Excel)
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Order Management
- Delivery /logistics coordination
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
