Outside Sales and Inside Sales

REQUIREMENTS

• University Degree.
• 3+ years of Outside Sales experience for automotive parts manufacturers.
• 1+ year of Inside Sales (Inventory and Delivery control) experience (not mandatory, but at least no resistance to this role is required).
• Knowledge of inventory management and numerical skills.
• English upper intermediate (To communicate with USA and Japan).
• Communicate effectively with strong written and interpersonal skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experiencie working in Japanese company is a big plus.
• Willingness to travel.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Outside Sales

• Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers and suppliers.
• Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily.
• Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally.
• Sell the company’s products or services to customers within given territory.
• Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer’s specific needs.
• Make/Revise quotation for new/current customers.
• Monitor customer payment
• Monitor and analyze Sales / Profit / Inventory
• Preparing presentation

Inside Sales

• Enter customer sales orders, create shipping documents, and expedite delivery.
• Maintain adequate inventory within company standards.
• Order release for assigned suppliers.
• Keep organization updated of each supplier’s lead time, packaging, minimum order quantity, and routine day to day data entry.
• Reassess the inventory classification as appropriate and propose for review.
• Take preventative measures to avoid overstock / dead inventory situation.

• Work hour: Monday to Friday drom 8:30 to 17:00
• During the first three months, the employee will perform Inside Sales activities (delivery and dispatch management) to understand inventory handling and the overall workflow within the company.
• All departments participate in and support activities from other areas.
