Outside Sales and Inside Sales
REQUIREMENTS
- University Degree.
- 3+ years of Outside Sales experience for automotive parts manufacturers.
- 1+ year of Inside Sales (Inventory and Delivery control) experience (not mandatory, but at least no resistance to this role is required).
- Knowledge of inventory management and numerical skills.
- English upper intermediate (To communicate with USA and Japan).
- Communicate effectively with strong written and interpersonal skills.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Experiencie working in Japanese company is a big plus.
- Willingness to travel.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Outside Sales
- Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers and suppliers.
- Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily.
- Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally.
- Sell the company’s products or services to customers within given territory.
- Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer’s specific needs.
- Make/Revise quotation for new/current customers.
- Monitor customer payment
- Monitor and analyze Sales / Profit / Inventory
- Preparing presentation
Inside Sales
- Enter customer sales orders, create shipping documents, and expedite delivery.
- Maintain adequate inventory within company standards.
- Order release for assigned suppliers.
- Keep organization updated of each supplier’s lead time, packaging, minimum order quantity, and routine day to day data entry.
- Reassess the inventory classification as appropriate and propose for review.
- Take preventative measures to avoid overstock / dead inventory situation.

- Work hour: Monday to Friday drom 8:30 to 17:00
- During the first three months, the employee will perform Inside Sales activities (delivery and dispatch management) to understand inventory handling and the overall workflow within the company.
- All departments participate in and support activities from other areas.
